Play episode

This week’s episode I interview Isidora Camus, certified meditation teacher, who assists and guides individuals and communities on how to use mindfulness as a daily tool to stop living on autopilot, connect with themselves, strengthen their relationship and connection to the world around them. Isidora explores the The word ‘human being’ is a composition of a passive and active word. It’s no coincidence that we call ourselves “human beings” instead of just ‘humans’. While humanity is something shared, how we engage in humanity as human beings differentiates us.

We are not simply ‘humans’.

Human= passive / ‘Being’= active.

This stirred a question— What are we being?
