Established in November 2020, Causing Friction is a mental health podcast that encourages millennials to give mindfulness a shot in order to stop living on autopilot, live lighter, and also confidently make decisions with greater purpose.
Through her own experience with PTSD, depression as well as being diagnosed with borderline personality disorder as a direct result from trauma, Dani has personally found significant healing through practicing mindfulness that she wants to share her own experiences, pass along everything she has learned through years of therapy, and in life, and in turn, hopefully assist other’s in their healing journey.
"The quality of our external relationships is a direct reflection of the one we have internally, with ourselves. Mindfulness is a selfless act we can practice, not just to get to know our selves but also to obtain a deeper understanding of the world around us and the people in it.
