So todays episode I want to take things back to the basics of mindfulness because it’s a new year, lots of new goals and fresh starts. This is going to be a nice reminder for those struggling with anxiety or depression, just how in control of your mind you are (although it doesn’t always feel like it). Living in the present is so much easier said than done but practicing the basics of mindfulness in this episode are KEY in helping you achieve that “at peace” feeling.
